Founded in 2010, Bruce Cole and Tom Stinson decided to form COST Realty to manage their own properties and then realized that there is a need for quality property management. We are able to offer you expertise in both real estate and construction, combined with executive experience.

Tom Stinson (TJS Ventures LP) co-owner of COST Realty was an executive in retail for over 19 years, where he gained experience purchasing large quantities of goods.overseas. While grow-ing up in Houston, TX, he learned the trade of general contracting and carpentry through construction companies he worked for during the summers while obtaining his college degree. For the past 20 years, Tom has bought and sold multiple properties for a profit. He values the importance of managing costs and understands the complexity of construction and maintenance.
